My Story...
I didn’t always feel calm, grounded, or in control of my life.
On the outside, I looked like I had it together.
I was functioning, showing up, doing what needed to be done.
But internally… I was constantly anxious, overwhelmed, and “on.”
My mind wouldn’t slow down. My body never truly relaxed.
And no matter how much I tried to think my way out of it…
nothing actually changed.
Because what I didn’t understand at the time was this:
My body didn’t feel safe.
It wasn’t a mindset problem.
It was a nervous system problem.
Everything started to shift when I stopped trying to push harder…
and started learning how to work with my body instead of against it.
Through somatic breathwork, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, release stored stress, and finally experience what it feels like to be calm from the inside out.
Not temporarily.
Not just when life is easy.
But consistently.
Now, as a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner,
this is the work I guide other women through.
Because you don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need another routine.
You need your body to feel safe enough to let go.
